Driving the stages (Day 3)

After our first night wild camping it was time to hit the trails and tick off some sections. Mostly gravel sections with some rocky sections climbing high above the valley’s and decending only 2 turn and start again.

Some nice sweeping road sections connecting us between the trails. We killed off our two sections and decided that job done we could head for a campsite.

We had 40 minute drive off end of the trail to reach this family run hotel and camping. We had planned this as our day 5 rest day but putting in the hard miles this would be our reward.

Time to repack anything loose, plug into the electric and enjoy shower and a European style loo seat
