Big burger, Big headache, Big Sky.... not too bad Nothing like a nice tour of Derbyshire and Yorkshire. Home made Biltong, Springbok shots, even a cheeky camp in the pub car park. What's not to like. Gifted some whole Rib eye rolls last week so took the opportunity to do some cap rolls. Seasoned with a secret spice mix and in less than 20 minutes absolutely perfect juicy beef from an almost unknown cut of beef. Dartmoor camping was a super tasty adventure! Finally escaped Berlin. Frankfurt / Strasburg /Cdg Paris 8 hours and 3 trains and arrived with just 10 minutes to spare before flight check in closed. Berlin closed becuase of the wrong sort of rain. 2 days of no flights. So train Paris and let's see if we can escape. Blimey culture shock as Manchester Airport Lounge welcomes me again after almost 7 years. Let's get this done! Rain and snow weekend so had to break out the medicine. Bit late for three wise men and the lamb probably wasn't too pleased either. Thanks to @overlandfaction for organising and @yellowtailcamping for hosting a great but chilly weekend 🥶🥶🥶 Flying Scotsman pheasant breast stuffed with haggis from @wildwelshmeat with whisky sauce and a nice "lost" Linkwood malt to wash it down...
