Camping Spots

The TMT is divided up into 26 sections and there is a useful amount of material now on social media suggesting places to camp and possible rest day stop overs. With just 10 days to go I have been going through the list that Ali put together of possible stopovers and adding as much detail as I can.

Some of the potential camping spots are just areas that are off the track, quiet and perfect for an overnight wild camp

Other potential camping places are inside the compounds of what are local B&Bs where you can camp for as little as €5 and get a simple tagine meal for another €10.

Some of the camping spots are still what can only be described as a “work in progress” but all that we need is somewhere where the kids will not be a nuisance and we can get a decent nights rest
